When will my REGULAR PRICED items ship? REGULAR PRICED Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 Business Days of the date the order was placed (this does not include transit time with carrier).

For orders placed during LARGE RELEASES it could take up to 2 weeks to be shipped from our warehouse and/or SALES EVENTS it could take up to 4 weeks to be shipped from our warehouse.

During our Clearance Sales NO FREE OR VIP SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE.

Selecting VIP Fulfillment at checkout allows you to have your order packaged and out of the warehouse within 1-2 business days. It is not overnight shipping and does not include transit time. This option may be unavailable during high volume periods.

Items are eligible for a refund or exchange on regular priced items within 45 days of purchase. We ask that items be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, including tags. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Visit our return portal to initiate your return and receive your return label.

If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturer's defect within 3 months, we will gladly help you replace it. Email a picture of the defect and your order receipt to support@lullababys.com.

All claims for items damaged upon arrival or not received must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date marked by the postal carrier.
